| The Pinehurst reflects an “old style” design that appeals to traditionalists. A compact and efficient main floor features a spacious living and dining area with fireplace and an open kitchen with breakfast bar. A door opens onto an old fashioned “come-sit-a-spell” back porch – just the kind of porch where your grandmother used to sit and snap string beans. The large master bedroom contains a combination full bath with a walk-in-closet/ dressing room. From its authentic appearance, this model could well be called the “Pioneer.”
